The Surf Lodge opened fifteen years ago, a project of New York club nightlife owner Jayma Cardoso. After several successful ventures in Manhattan, she turned her sights to Montauk in 2008, seeing the potential the once-sleepy town at the end of Long Island had as a less formal extension of The Hamptons. Since opening, it's become one of the hottest spots for East End society, as well as a cultural hotspot and music showcase.
This summer, you can book the Defender Weekend Experience at the Surf Lodge, a package that "embodies the Defender lifestyle." The package includes a two-night weekend stay, access to a fleet of Defenders to explore the area with, VIP concert access to Surf Lodge's frequent shows, a dining experience for two, and deck access.
Over the weekend of July 21-23, there will be a special experience with sports power couple, big-wave surfer Laird Hamilton and Olympic volleyball player Gabby Reece.
