To request a price match on a part, please identify the following information:

• The part # of the Atlantic British item you want matched
• URL of the competitor’s identical product that shows a lower price (a link to the page with the product is required)
• Note the competitor’s advertised price you saw

State you want a price match in the ‘Order Comments’ field in checkout and include:

• Atlantic British part # you want matched
• Competitor’s part number
• URL for competitor’s product
• Competitor’s price

How We Match Prices:

Via Phone Orders: When we confirm the price, we will process your order with the lower price.

On the Web: Once we confirm the price, we will apply the discounted price to your order. You will get an email copy of your invoice with discounted price if you supplied us with an email address. If we can not honor the price, you will be contacted via email and/or phone and be given the reason(s) why.

Please Note: If there is a problem honoring the price match, this CAN delay the processing and shipping time for your order.

*Price Match Details & Exclusions:

• Competitor’s product must be an exact match (same manufacturer, brand and product.)
• Competitor’s product must be new, not used, refurbished, reconditioned or a display/open box model.
• Competitor’s product cannot be a clearance or closeout item.
• Item must be in stock at the competitor’s shipping location.
• Competitor must be in the U.S. selling in U.S. dollars.
• Competitor must be an established business with a physical storefront or warehouse.
• Price matching only applies to item retail cost (shipping and tax costs are excluded.)
• We reserve the right to exclude certain items from this policy.
