Dubbed Alloy+Grit, the new magazine is slated for its inaugural first issue this November. The magazine and its publishers promise to deliver fresh and interesting content on all things Land Rover from a distinctly North American perspective.

New American Land Rover Magazine Alloy+Grit to Launch in November with Boost from Retailer Atlantic British

(NEW BRITAIN, PA) – July 15, 2016 – On November 15, 2016, Land Rover enthusiasts in North America will get their first look at Alloy+Grit, a new magazine dedicated exclusively to their unique interests. Being published quarterly by Alloy Publishing Group, Alloy+Grit promises 100 pages of perfect-bound visual delight and well-crafted stories produced on heavy, high-quality stock.

The contents of each issue will focus on the more timeless stories of importance to the American Land Rover enthusiast. Feature articles will span all generations and models, from the earliest Series vehicles to the latest Range Rovers. In combination with its beautiful design, the print magazine should be something readers will want to archive for future reference, just like a great book.

“We wanted to give North American Land Rover enthusiasts an independent publication of their own. You can only read so many articles from the British magazines before you realize there’s not a lot of relevance to the American scene inside them,” states Bryan Joslin, publisher and founder of Alloy+Grit. “We also wanted to produce a magazine that was truly independent, without the potential for conflict from other commercial interests.”

Envisioned from the started as a multi-channel media outlet, Alloy+Grit’s premium print magazine will be bolstered by augmented reality, web, video and social media content to connect readers across multiple platforms with the wide array of personalities, products, and experiences that make Land Rover ownership so incomparable.

The first edition of Alloy+Grit – Series 1, Issue 1 – will debut on November 15, 2016, in conjunction with the Los Angeles Auto Show where Land Rover will make a major announcement. Readers will have a chance to subscribe or pre-order single copies of the magazine at www.alloyandgrit.com. Members of participating Land Rover clubs throughout North America will also have the opportunity to purchase copies of the magazine directly through their clubs. Alloy+Grit will also be available for sale through certain Land Rover retailers, details of which will be announced at a later date.

Through an exclusive arrangement with Atlantic British Ltd., the largest independent parts and accessories retailer for Land Rovers in North America, a limited number of copies of the first four issues of Alloy+Grit will be included at no charge to customers placing qualifying orders with the retailer. These complimentary issues will be available starting November 15, 2016 and will be offered while supplies last.
