Note: Stock Land Rover ignition cable size is 7mm. Some customers have requested these higher performance 8.5mm wires, but be advised, they require custom fitting and do not fit the stock wire loom.
Performance Magnecor ignition wires feature superior construction, including silicone jackets and thick insulating boots for increased life during high temperature operation. Wires are exact lengths, avoiding the 'snake-bundle' look under the bonnet.
Magnecor 8.5mm Performance KV85 Ignition Wires improve ignition performance - period.
They provide enhanced performance as direct replacements for original equipment wires. Designed to improve original ignition system performance on stock vehicles using either electronic engine management systems or carburetors. They provide exceptional RFI and EMI suppression to permanently eliminate typical performance and fuel-wasting spark energy deterioration of OE and aftermarket carbon conductor wires. They also eliminate performance problems associated with poorly suppressed aftermarket spiral conductor wires on both modern and older engines. The conventional style insulating jacket consists of high dielectric strength silicone rubber insulation, fiberglass reinforcing braiding and a high temperature, high tear strength silicone rubber outer jacket. The flexibility and ruggedness of the cable allows it to be fitted into original 8mm cable holders. Ideal for use on heat-generating LPG (propane) gas conversion engines.
Performance Conductors: Magnecor 8.5mm KV85 Ignition Wires feature Magnecor's Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed Conductors; specially-constructed to meet the exacting specs of your engine.

This is a Bear of a job to complete on a 2003/2004 Disco with SAI. To be able to remove the SAI tube I had to remove the coolant lines from the fire wall into the cab and if your hoses are not easy to remove it will add more time to the task. If you have a high miler you may want to purchase replacement hoses just to be safe... The back area is tight where the coil packs reside and I can see why people fume over it's placement. The job is doable without removing the intake and as long as you remove one or two plugs at a time and leave them connected to the spark plug you will not get lost on the configuration. I also replaced the plugs with E3 .48 plugs and it runs beautifully.
