Kit really does contain everything you need for changing the timing chain. After 170,000 miles, there's a massive difference in how tight the new timing chain is. As an FYI the replacement camshaft sprocket is of the nylon-clad variety. While I'm sure the nylon teeth are strong enough for the job, I found this disconcerting compared to the full-metal camshaft it replaces. Kit could've also included a bit of grease for the front main oil seal, I was lucky enough to already have some on hand.
