Atlantic British carries a comprehensive Land Rover hydraulic lifter set or tappet assembly (set of 16 ERC4949, kit # 9011) for a variety of Rover makes and models including Discovery, Range Rover and Defender variants.
Most automotive parts retailers sell lifters individually. At Atlantic British, we package 16 hydraulic lifters into one convenient kit, which allows us to pass on savings to our customers. Easy swap while you are changing out the head gaskets, just do it and you will be happy the noise level drops significantly. I always thought the noise was my fuel injectors but it was my lifters rattling away.
