This relay is used for multiple applications, including for fuel pumps and blower motors. Clogged Pollen Filters (overdue for replacement) in Range Rover 4.0/4.6 can cause the blower motor to overload and short these relays.

One of the yellow relays in the fuse box (2000 P38) was malfunctioning intermittently. I replaced that relay with the new one (in black color). New relay worked well so I replaced the rest of the relays too. So far no problem after one month.

Bought this to have as a spare to keep in the Rover, just in case. Looks like a quality product. Ordered this at the same time I ordered a new track rod and the relay, although in a bag, was just thrown into the bigger box with the track rod. It was not damaged but I would like to see more care in the future when small items are shipped with larger items. Other than that it arrived on time as usual and the part did survive.
