The new design of the '03 Discovery Series II requires a newly designed front brush bar; one that won't block your headlamps and will accommodate your fog lamps. Built to typical ARB specs for fit, finish and outright toughness, this is the front-end accessory that changes the looks and function of your entire vehicle. Includes winch mount. Bumper arrived in perfect condition. Great packing materials. Warn winch fit perfectly. All hardware bolts etc included. Bumper has great fit and finish. Fantastic look. Couldn't be happier.

This bumper is truly a solid work of art. Only problem I have is with the instructions from ARB. They could have separated the hardware into separate bags saving a headache. Make sure you have a metric tape measure on hand which you'll need to put the bolts in respective groups. A huge step in the instructions which you need to pay particular attention to is when drilling the vertical holes for the bumper attachment brackets. The instructions are vague in the sense that they don't specify that there are 2 bolts and 2 holes on EACH attachment. You will need an extra long 3/8" metal cutting drill bit. I wired the amber lights as turn signals and the clear light to my marker lights. :)
