Heavy Duty Old Man Emu springs come all the way up from down under, where Australian engineers have custom-built a tough spring for your Rover. Old Man Emu springs are shot peened, double scragged and thoroughly load tested to give you a heavy-duty upgrade that improves ride, handling and towing. Thoroughly tested and improved on Australia's rugged outback, these springs are ready for your own test and approval.
Medium weight springs are best for normal vehicle handling and performance, while heavy duty springs are best for Land Rovers handling added weight or stress regularly (such as vehicles used regularly off-road or for trailering/towing).

I have a fully loaded 04 DII. Roof rack, roof tent, swing away steel bumper, fridge, shelves in the rear. What I thought was very heavy so I ordered the xtra-heavy duty 2763 per the info provided on ARB/OME website. The xHD/2763, even with the weight rode so terrible that I bit the bullet and went with the standard heavy duty and the difference has been amazing. Steel bumper on the front (with winch) and I went from the heavy duty to medium duty and everything is perfect. The lift isn't as high for sure but the ride quality has been worth it. When I have no weight in the truck these ride very good. Hope this helps others...
