You also need 2 x FRC4206 (Joint Washer) and also should probably change the following while you're in there: 571718 (Oil Seal) and maybe also FRC4319 (Stub axle bush) which needs to be driven out in order to replace the included stub axle oil seal.
You'll also need swivel housing grease or oil.
The included "Joint Washer - Drive Member" (571752) and the "Gasket - Drive Axle Member" (FRC3988) seem to be both the same thing.
On the positive side... I have no leaks so far.
