Which Emissions System Does Your Discovery I Have?

Identifying Standard vs Advanced Evaporative Loss Systems on a Discovery I.

Knowing what system you have will help you order the correct parts for your D1.

The design changed on the Discovery I in mid-1997, with vehicles before that time period having the Standard system with a round canister and it's connectors facing the front of the D1.

After mid-97 the design features the Advanced system, like our demonstration vehicle, the 1998 Discovery I, which has a large rectangular canister with the lines facing the engine.
