I took my Land Rover to a garage to replace the blower motor. They said they couldn't get their diag to communicate with the vehicle to determine the problem followed by "Sometimes these things are a mystery to us". Not a mystery to me, I checked the fuses, they were good. I pulled the glove box and kick panel off and tested voltage to the fan, It was getting power. So my suspicion was correct, It was a faulty blower motor. Ordered one from Atlantic British and 3 days later was toasty warm again.
