Using our kit # ESR4065, it is recommended that the fuel filter be replaced every 30,000 miles on a D90.

Included a nice sheet of instructions and everything necessary for the job. Toughest part was cutting off the hose crimps from the original hardlines but it was well worth it. Fuel filter serviceability will be a lot easier moving forward after this. The filter actually solved my morning cold start issue with fuel pressure. Totally recommend it.

I couldn't believe how corroded the fuel filter, fittings and lines had become under my 19 year old disco. No way any of those over-engineered couplings were coming apart or any of it could be salvaged. Fortunately, this kit had everything I needed!
