Your head lamps are too important to go without protection! Your front lamps are potentially are potentially the most vulnerable spot on your entire Rover. Flying rocks and stones, low-lying branches, and fast moving shopping carts can quickly crack the protective lens of your front lamps...leaving you in the dark! If you don't own a brush guard, you should consider these front lamp guards a necessity...because it's always the obstacle you don't see that does the most damage!
These lamp guards are original equipment and were designed for the Discoveries that participated in the famed G4 off-road expedition.
The guards went on well and look great. I think the plastic should be molded thicker to make them more sturdy and reduce the potential for movement across the front of the lamp in the case of impact. The horizontal pieces are too thin and flexible in my opinion.
