All bolts and studs needed, but does not come with the two locating dowels required. I found them afterward from a different supplier for $0.59 each , this delayed my installation by another week. so I deducted 1 star..

I had my 109 in storage for 12 years so I have a bit of work to do. I had some broken exhaust pipe studs so it was easier to remove the entire manifold and clean and polish everything at the same time. Everything went great, all the parts were in the kit and made the project that much easier. Thanks
