Got a failing rear tail light on your Discovery II? Fear not, fix it with our convenient, simple kit!
This convenient repair kit fixes a common problem on aging Discovery Series II vehicles where the vehicle side/harness side of the tail light harness corrodes and fails.
If you go with the genuine solution, you have to buy the complete genuine harness and it is very expensive.
Our kit is a much more cost-effective option and includes a replacement harness and Posi-Tite waterproof wire connecters to help prevent future corrosion.
My 2004 discovery II tail light was broken and they are impossible to get. I decided to retrofit the 2002 style since I could get brand new ones. The harness is different so I got these. I spliced the wires from the truck into this harness and then it plugged right into the new (2002) style light. It comes with some no crimp connectors but I used red crimp connectors and then wrapped in electrical tape.
