I replaced both reverse lights on my 2008 L322. It took 5 minutes with one screwdriver. This unit comes with a blub and connector wire. I used my existing wire and bulb since just the housing had broken. If if you need to replace the bulb socket and wire, you will probably have to remove the interior panel from the tailgate to access.
