I took off worn OEM ferodos and replaced rotors (with Pagid) and pads with EBC ultimax on the front. Pads come with brake lube - but not spring clips (I cleaned and reused my old ones - but not much corrosion in california - so you might want to order the spring clip kit if you live in snow belt etc.). Reused caliper bolts (again might consider getting new ones if corrosion is a problem) and loctite blue to secure slide pin bolts. Bedding procedure is easy with the bed-in surface EBC applies - and so far no noise - and dust is equivalent to OEM. Brake performance is at least as good as OEM - but I didn't have to hit the brakes real hard yet. I would say - well engineered - and good option.
