An unknown person had accessed the rear panel to find a problem with the rear drivers side window. It was a total bust for whomever worked on it. When they had finished doing nothing about the problem, they broke the panel clips and tried to use a silicone adhesive to reinstall the panel. I bought the clips to do this job and find the problem. So far, my Rover is still in the shop having some other work done and I will address this issue when I get the Rover home
