This OEM ZF replacement solenoid valve kit is for Land Rover, Jaguar, and BMW vehicles that operate with ZF 6HP28 automatic transmissions. It is the same kit used by dealerships when replacing transmission solenoids.

This is a BRAND NEW original equipment set (NOT remanufactured!)

Automatic transmission solenoids direct transmission fluid through the valve body, lubricating the correct gear demanded the vehicle's transmission control unit. They are a transmission wear item and fail over time and need replacing. When a transmission solenoid valve goes it can inhibit your vehicle's ability to shift properly and should be replaced. Since multiple solenoids are used in conjunction when your vehicle is driving, it is difficult to isolate one that may have failed. To solve this, ZF has packaged all the solenoids in one kit to quickly replace all the solenoids used in your 6HP28 transmission all at once. Also, if one is failing, it will likely not be long before another fails, which is another reason to replace them all at once.

This kit repairs ZF automatic transmissions with shifting problems due to failed valve body solenoids with the great benefit of not having to replace the valve body.

This complete kit contains (7) Original Equipment Solenoid Valves by ZF (2 blue; 3 yellow, 2 orange.)
