Rover mechanics often hear customers complain about reduced air flow - especially in the far left fascia vent of the dash. This can be considered one of those endearing little idiosyncrasies that make a Rover a Rover. Fortunately, the problem is almost always easily fixed.
Although it's true that a low volume of air can usually be expected due to the configuration of the Range Rover A/C plenum, don't write off your complaint too quickly. Sometimes it can result from poor seal between the vents and the duct so that the air that does reach the vent discharges beneath the dashboard.
To correct the problem, simply remove the vent and seal any gaps between the duct and fascia with duct tape. This will force all available air to exit through the vent where it will be felt. While you're inside, check for kinked ductwork, which can also lead to reduced air flow.
