West Coast Warehouse Shipping:

West coast customers can SAVE on shipments from our west coast warehouse (in Sparks, NV)!

To inquire if an item can ship form our west coast warehouse, please call the toll free number above or email us. We stock many items in our west coast coast facility - but not all items.

Things to Note on Shipping:

• Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 12:00pm eastern time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). If you need same day shipping after this time, please call us toll free at the number above to place your order and/or request immediate service.
• Delivery Estimates: The times shown on maps below are estimates only and not guarantees. Weather delays, holidays and changes to carrier route patterns can effect the estimated delivery on shipments.
• Standard Business Day: Note - A standard business day is 8am - 5pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. All shipping times (including two-day and three-day) are based on business days; Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. FedEx Home service does deliver on Saturdays. See FedEx Notes below.
• Next Day Service: Next day or overnite service rates are quoted for delivery Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. Please call our toll free number above for the fastest service.
• Outside the Continental US: Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US Territories please note - neither standard ground service, nor three-day service are available to your area. Please note that service time guarantees do not apply in your area.
• International Orders (including Canada): Please call to place your order and get an accurate shipping quote. We do not take international orders from this website due to customs considerations that cannot be quoted adequately online.
• PO Box Addresses: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please call our 800-line above to place your order for a shipment to a PO Box via the USPS. (Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Eastern Time.)
• Weekend Web Orders and Shipment Processing Time: Web orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or after 12pm eastern time, Monday - Friday will require one additional business day in shipping time.
  

FedEx Notes:

• For orders over $250 shipping via FedEx, we REQUIRE a delivery signature. If your order is $250 or more and you choose FedEx for shipping and do not sign for the package, Atlantic British is NOT liable if the package is lost, stolen or damaged. We do not require a signature on UPS shipments and lost, stolen or damaged shipments are covered.
• FedEx Home & Ground Delivery: FedEx Home service delivers packages Tuesday - Saturday (not on Sunday or Monday) and delivers to residential addresses only. FedEx Ground service delivers Monday - Friday to business addresses only.
