Evidently, the looks of the new Range Rover Sport were so well received that Land Rover decided to apply them to the LR2. This, the latest Land Rover model variation, will feature body-colored bumpers and side-sills, a rear spoiler, titanium door handles and 19-inch alloy wheels. Perfect for those who can’t – or won’t – pony up for the Sport model but still want that dynamic street look.
"The LR2 has been very well received around the world since its introduction," said Phil Popham, the Managing Director for Land Rover. "The HSE version offers subtle changes for those customers seeking a slightly different look to their LR2."
Subtle is arguable, and the upgrades are limited to the exterior; no engine or drivetrain changes are forthcoming. Look for it (you can’t miss it!) at Land Rover dealers beginning this November.
