You gotta love the LR2. It’s small, but it’s every inch a Land Rover. It was the world’s first SUV with an intelligent Stop/Start system and the first Land Rover model to achieve full “End of Life” vehicle certification. And it’s sales are up – over 35% year to date from last year.
In 2006, Land Rover launched a CO2 offset program that offsets both 100% of the manufacturing emission and the customers’ driving emissions for over 45,000 miles, a unique combination. And JLR is also investing £800m to reduce CO2 emissions by 25% across their entire fleet.
And a little SUV shall lead them…
