Southdown Rear Differential Guard

Hardware Included
2 - 3/8" x 1 BSF
2 - 3/8" x 1-1/4" Button Head
6 - 3/8" SEA Washers
2 - 3/8" Lock Washers
2 - 3/8" Nuts

  • 1. Fit hoop over differential and secure with corresponding nut on front top side of the differential. 
  • 2. Fasten plate to the two threaded holes in differential housing with supplied screws. 
  • 3. Fasten hoop to plate using supplied 3/8" button head hardware. 
  • 4. Go back and check all of your work. Ensure all hardware is tight. 
  • 5. Periodically check fasteners for tightness and integrity. This applies particularly during post 4-wheeling inspections. Wash out any accumulated debris/dirt as soon as possible
  • 6. Occasionally it is recommended to wipe the surface of the guard with a light oil to help maintain the appearance and to lubricate fasteners.
