Not an OEM part, but it is a good quality replacement for the price. Original Range Rover metal cover will not fit, but the new one is almost as good. Seems a little cheaper than the OEM one. Internal electronics for the OEM fob fit perfectly. I am happy with it and would recommend it as an alternative to a more expensive OEM part.

The fit and finish on this replacement is superb. I bought two so I have a backup for my spare key. The only thing that is a little hold up is securing the new board into the fob. The oem one is plastic welded in. I bought a $19 plastic welder from Harbor Freight, but you can also just super glue it in. Superglue just makes it very hard to get out next time.
