Trailer Wiring Kit for Range Rover HSE (L322) 2010-On

We've specially-developed this trailer wiring package for Range Rover HSE (L322) 2010-12 vehicles. This kit seamlessly converts your Rover wiring plug to either a standard 'Flat 4' North American spec plug or 7-way plug (both connectors included!). Tools Needed for Kit #VPLMT0008ABP:

• Phillips Head Screwdriver
• 13 mm wrench (or socket)

Installation Procedure:

1. Locate the Wiring Access Opening underneath and behind the rear bumper and remove the rubber grommet. (See Figures # 1 and 2 below)

2. Locate the Bracket Mounting location. (See Figure # 3)

3. Mount the bracket to the vehicle using the 2 ea. M8 x 1.25mm by 20mm long bolts. (See Figure #4)

4. Feed the harness connector through the opening created by removing the grommet in step #1. Pull it through to the inside of the trunk well. (See Figure # 5)

5. Secure the harness grommet in the opening. (See Figure #6)

6. Using the 4 ea. M5 x 0.8mm Philips Head Machine Screws secure the Trailer Connector to the bracket. (See Figure #7)

7. Your Trailer Connector should look like this. (See Figure #8)

8. Locate the vehicles trailer connector inside the well in the trunk. (See Figure #9)

9. Plug the harness connector into the vehicles connector. Using a diagnostic computer, set the vehicle to "Trailer Capable."
