Performance Magnecor ignition wires feature superior construction, including silicone jackets and thick insulating boots for increased life during high temperature operation. Wires are exact lengths, avoiding the 'snake-bundle' look under the bonnet. These ignition wires fir Discovery I, Range Rover Classic and Defender 90.
Magnecor 7mm Performance Electrosports 70 Ignition Wires improve ignition performance - period.
They provide enhanced performance as direct replacements for original equipment wires. Designed to improve original ignition system performance on stock vehicles using either electronic engine management systems or carburetors. They provide exceptional RFI and EMI suppression to permanently eliminate typical performance and fuel-wasting spark energy deterioration of OE and aftermarket carbon conductor wires. They also eliminate performance problems associated with poorly suppressed aftermarket spiral conductor wires on both modern and older engines. The conventional style insulating jacket consists of high dielectric strength silicone rubber insulation, fiberglass reinforcing braiding and a high temperature, high tear strength silicone rubber outer jacket. The flexibility and ruggedness of the cable allows it to be fitted into original 7mm cable holders. Ideal for use on heat-generating LPG (propane) gas conversion engines.

Using kit # ETC6437SKA, which includes 8 spark plugs, distributor cap, ignition rotor and a set of ignition wires, it is recommended that this service be performed every 30,000 miles on a D90.
This service is also valid on Defender 110 1993, or Range Rover Classic 1987 to 1995, basically vehicles with the 3.9 engine with distributor.
