Nearly 5-stars, if there was only analogue instructions in the box or digital ones on a web site. I had never changed them before and didn’t know to take them both off (after bracing the lift gate) and then install the new ones. If you try and do one at a time, the lift gate doesn’t extend enough to fit the new part because the new strut is too long and is nearly impossible to compress. With both off, the lift gate moves higher and allows the longer strut to be attached.
