Wilderness Roof Rack Installation Instructions

(Part# 9340A)

Parts List

2 - 4 �’ x 6” Roof Rack Ends, 2 - 7’ Roof Rack Sides (#7026) 58 7/8” with 2” Angles, 2 - 4 �” Crossbars (52”), 8 - 5/16” Nylon Locknuts, 8 - Black Plastic Plugs

Installation Instructions

1. Assemble roof rack ends to roof rack sides, (as shown in Figures 1, 2 & 3. NOTE!: Decals are facing outside (Figure 3).

2. Align roof rack and tighten all fasteners.

3. Install black plastic plugs in crossbars, (as shown in Figure 4).

4. Center crossbar assembly, (refer to mounting kit #28005).

5. CAUTION!! LOADING and WEIGHT CAPACITY. Use common sense when loading items on this roof rack. The roof rack will support more weight than the vehicle roof mounting will safely support. Use manufacturers weight limits as a guide for loading this roof rack.
