Product Details
Terrafirma Coil Springs for the Discovery Series II are made from the highest quality steel, formed on accurate computer controlled mandrels and precisely heat treated to ensure consistent manufacture. All springs are shot peened to relieve stress and scragged to ensure long spring life and prevent sag and are powder coated silver for long lasting good looks.
Heavy load rear coil springs are designed to provide 2” of lift on heavily laden vehicles for commercial and expedition use. These springs fit vehicles carrying a constant load or additional equipment weighing more than 300kg. Recommended for people who want a more constant load-carrying ability. Do not fit this spring if you are not carrying the load as the lift may be too great and could cause over extension of the rear shocks.
Heavy load front coil springs are designed to provide 2” of lift on a heavily loaded Discovery Series II for commercial and expedition use. These springs only fit the front of Discovery 2 and should only be used when carrying a constant load or additional equipment weighing up to 100kg. More than 2” of lift will be achieved when less than 100kg of additional equipment which may lead to too much lift causing drive shaft vibration and steering geometry problems.

this product is of better quality than the Land Rover OME; especially when combined with the Terra Firma All Terrain Shocks. Requestrd info from the supplier - no response but purchased Springs Isolators from another source. The install took me about six hours for Isolators, Springs & Shocks [The extra lengths presented minor challenges] The road ride is smooth/quiet, and the extra 2" height is appreciated in off road situations
