The following outlines the Terms and Conditions of Warranty for the PR2 Premium Range offered by Atlantic British Ltd. and Allmakes 4x4.
The PR2 Premium Range offers a no-quibble, two-year end customer warranty provided that the following terms and conditions are met. PR2 refers to a part that is contained within the Allmakes 4×4 premium range.
“Warranty” is defined as a defective part resulting from a proven failure in product materials or its manufacture. “End Customer” is defined as final consumer of the product. Allmakes 4x4 is the “Manufacturer” of the parts range and Atlantic British Ltd. is the “Distributor”, as defined as the Trade Company which holds an account with Allmakes 4×4 and makes the sale to the end customer.
End customers who have purchased a PR2-qualified product from Atlantic British Ltd. must submit their warranty claim to Atlantic British Ltd. Warranty covers replacement of failed part at no-cost to end customer, providing claim requirements are met. The warranty claim must be made by the end customer within 30 months of the original date of the purchase invoice from Atlantic British Ltd. Atlantic British Ltd. cannot and will not accept claims on parts purchased through another distributor or vendor.
A PR2-qualified product is easily identifiable on our website by the following logo seen on the detail page for that product. If an item does not have this logo, it is not part of the Premium Range 2-Year Warranty program nor covered under this warranty.
To be considered for warranty replacement, the original part must have been installed correctly. The maximum warranty mileage of any part is 24,000 miles, regardless of the date of purchase. An exception to this mileage cap is when a part must be replaced in line with the manufacturer’s recommended service interval. Warranty is invalid if a part is used for off-road use, competition or in any form of abusive manner which does not constitute normal day-to-day use. Warranty excludes general wear and tear. Parts that fail and/or are damaged due to improper installation are not covered by his warranty.
Warranty shall only relate to the product and the value of the product. Atlantic British Ltd. and Allmakes 4×4 shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage as a result of a defective part. If any compensation is to be paid, it will purely be on a goodwill basis and at the discretion of Atlantic British Ltd. and/or Allmakes 4×4.
A warranty claims must be accompanied by completed Atlantic British Ltd. Return Merchandise Form and Return Authorization Number.
