Land Rover Cup Holders
Keep your beverages firmly in place with a genuine Land Rover cup holder (Part # STC531SUC) made specifically for Discovery I 1994-1999, Discovery Series II 1999-2004, and Range Rover Classic 1995 model vehicles.
These genuine cup holders are a noticeable improvement to the Discovery's stock dash cup tray and are now available through Atlantic British. These cup holders attach to the edge of your center console and have an inset holding area for small bottom travel mugs. The holding area piece can be unscrewed and removed to accommodate larger bottom mugs as well. They also include a handle notch to ensure your mug handle drops in neatly and the mug sits evenly. Sold in pairs.

Third set of these in various rovers. The product is what LR forgot to install in the first place. Be careful with placement, you may need to remove auto shifter bezel some day, too far rearward and these will impede that. Follow directions. I could not get lower screw retainer clips onto console, but drilled slow and they are holding up fine. I did try to find a pair in a salvage yard, as new are pricey. Searched far and wide, but had to have them, so bought new. Best mod under $100.00.

The original slidey bit doesn't cut it, but makes a useful ipod holder. Broke down and spent the money to get these cup holders which make the console useful. Use one for the coffee and the other to hold scratchy bits to keep your wood in good shape. Removing the included sleeve allows more storage, or big gulp cups.
