I couldn't track this piece down anywhere else (partially because it has a confusing name?) and I had a bit of trouble looking for it on here, but once I found it, it was exactly the piece I needed. This bulb lights the Odometer and Tripometer (at least in my 2004 Discovery). Popped a few screws off the instrument panel cowl, then a few on the panel itself, then it screws right in. I've only had it a week, but I reckon it'll last another 110K as it appears identical to the one I removed.
