This complete genuine kit includes all you need to wire your Range Rover Sport for standard North American towing applications - including a 7-way and Flat-4 conversion plug! For 2010-2011 Range Rover Sport and Sport Supercharged.
Note: This installation must be system-activated utilizing a capable diagnostic and programming tool. The vehicle must be programmed to the "Trailer Ball" setting to complete the functional installation. A service visit to the dealership or independent shop with Autologic Diagnostics is required to complete the programming.

I'm building a simple cargo / utility trailer with a 4 pin connector, and we may end up getting a large camper with a 7 pin connector. I brought this device to TRS Automotive in Calgary for installation and computer setup. They were able to do it within an hour or two for a very fair price. Looks like a perfect installation and the connector is mounted perfectly. Highly recommend this product as well as getting a good shop, like TRS, to complete the installation, which requires a internal computer configuration they need to make that adjusts all sorts of parameters in the vehicle itself so it is aware that you will be towing.

I called and was directed to this part for the 2013 RR sport. One piece works, but the rest of the part is no where close! I have to go to the dealer now and have them figure it out. Oh and by the way, no one ever told me, after installation the car has to be re-programmed. so It seems the easiest path here is dealer installation. If you do try it your self, try getting into the bumper chassis (the new 2013 already has the wiring in the bumper frame assembly) good luck!
