Here is how to service: Watch Doug, our Land Rover Master Technician, perform the Valve Cover Gasket Replacement on 2002 Discovery Series II (not equipped secondary air). Using Valve Cover Gaskets Part # LVC100260, you will need two gaskets in this service. This video also covers removing the throttle body and replacing throttle body gasket (ERR6623) without disconnecting the coolant lines, removing and replacing the upper intake manifold gasket (ERR6621), and removing and replacing the oil separator (LLJ000010) as you have the passenger-side valve cover gasket off. Gasket didn't fit from aligning pins, had to bend and stretch gasket to make fit the pins on engine head.
