It looks like Land Rover may be set to do a little downsizing once again. Not the company...the vehicle line-up.

Rumors have it that they plan a mini SUV currently dubbed "The Landie" after the nickname for the original run-it-hard-and-hose-it-off Rover from the late 40's. Earliest possible launch - if ever - is sometime in 2006. And the price? Would you believe around $14,000?
