As a part of their campaign to hype the Evoque, Land Rover began a photo competition to win a Range Rover Evoque concept bicycle back in May for UK residents.
Interesting prize choice for a company that produces automobiles, but we’ll roll with it (get it?) and maybe even pedal a little. The ride is, after all, pretty chic. It was designed by the Land Rover Design team to evoke Evoque’s clean, cool, and contemporary feel, according to the team. Land Rover claims the bike is a “machine designed in every aspect to deliver fast, agile, and secure road-racing performance,”.
The competition asks entrants to submit photos that represent one of Evoque’s three distinct design themes: Pure, Dynamic, and Prestige. Though the time to submit a photo for “Pure” has passed (May 16 to June 15), the “Prestige” competition is currently open (June 16 to July 15) and “Dynamic” will open next month (July 16 to August 15).
Entries submitted for the Prestige and Pure themes can be viewed in Land Rover’s competition galleries. The photos for Pure were pretty evocative of the target topic, turning out images of snow, sky, water, and even a few babies. Prestige’s entries vary more and we bet you could do better than what's there so far. Since there’s still time to enter, we suggest that you do, UK residents!
