Product Details
This is a quality replacement Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) Compressor offers OE-spec quality at a value price. Fits various Range Rover Sport, LR3 and LR4 models.
It is a direct replacement for the Original Equipment compressor and utilizes the same fitting brackets as the original.
What's more, this compressor requires no special Air Suspension ECU reprogramming when installed (unlike the newer genuine models that require systems programming at the dealer or by an independent shop with an Autologic system.) Fault codes on the vehicle may still need to be cleared, however.

The compressor worked and we proved land rover wrong. Seems I had 2 bad ride height sensors that caused the computer to not work properly. Land Rover wanted to change the compressor I put in from Atlantic but after they changed the sensors and repaired the wires. My compressor worked perfect

After paying others to replace this item twice in the last 16 years, I decided to take it on myself. Do watch the videos available on YouTube for help with that pesky upper bracket bolt. Otherwise, easy repair and so much quieter than any of the other compressors I've had from repair shops. Ordering and shipping were great, as usual. Part arrived earlier than expected even with all the warnings and disclaimers. Eric was great keeping me informed on the part's progress. Thanks again to Atlantic British for keeping my Discover running.

Most times troubleshooting you should start with replacing lowest cost options first. You might think that would include attempting to refurb the compressor or replace the dessicant material with a low-cost option off the web. Might work for some - but in my experience that route was unsuccessful. End result was a vehicle out of commission for additional time. Would have had a quicker and less stressful repair if I had bought this first. Compressor replacement was as straightforward as it gets. Fits perfectly (if you had a Hitachi original), and WORKS. Immediately fixed my EAS errors. Highly recommended. No issues after a month+ in service. Definitely recommend the Dunlop compressor.

I didn't realize how loud my OEM compressor had become. I was receiving multiple suspension faults and decided to start with compressor replacement. This fixed all faults. Install was very simple, except for the barely accessible upper bolt on the mounting bracket, which had very limited access. That one bolt took about an hour and a half to remove and replace-1/8 turns with an open-end wrench. The rest of the install was a simple plug-and-play effort.
