The change in my car's steering was immediately evident after installing the Terrafima damper to my 2004 Discovery II, much firmer feeling the way I like it, with new tires and front end alignment, we should ride like new.

A new steering damper won't fix any real problems with the steering but as a replacement for the OEM damper this TF one works great for the right price. It bolts on in less than 10 minutes, and it doesn't look bad under there, either. I've had mine on for 8,000 miles with no issues.

3 stars because I do not really know how this will hold up. Have noticed it does not return to center very quickly but also easy to get used to. It is smooth throughout the steering range and has eliminated the 'walking' of my KM2 tire from side to side at certain speeds. Price was great especially if it last as well as the OLD Man did.

Easy to install. Stronger and sturdier that the worn out stock damper.
