Who says Legos are for kids? Blogger “Sheepo” (of Spain) has parlayed his love for Legos with his considerable engineering skills to create elaborate automobile models that not only resemble, but function like the real thing. His latest accomplishment? A Lego Land Rover Defender 110.
The Land Rover Defender 110 model is composed entirely of Lego materials but the construction and design is all original, including the model’s remote control which is also made from Legos. The most remarkable part of Sheepo’s creation is the vehicle’s ability to change gears (via auto clutch). The model also boasts a full suspension, disc brakes, and transfer case.
This is something that needs to be seen. Check out the video, and be sure to check out Sheepo’s blog: http://www.sheepo.es/
