Sales are steadily increasing, manufacturing plants are being built in Asia, company employment is on the rise and a brand new Range Rover (The Evoque) is receiving rave reviews. So what next? That is why Jaguar Land Rover has announced that they will be introducing 40 new products in the near future. “We’ll be launching 40 new cars, derivatives and (major) technologies from Jaguar Land Rover in the next five years,” claimed Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director at Jaguar Land Rover.
The new products from Jaguar Land Rover will include new technologies (think hybrids and diesels), as well as new vehicle models. Jaguar Land Rover is hoping to broaden their appeal into new markets and enter a larger luxury car market. Garnering mass appeal will be vital to their future success.
One of the first “new” products slated for release? A new, smaller Jaguar targeted at the BMW 3 Series consumer.
