The next diesel engine will in fact find it’s way to the US. Promise. And even though this diesel gets 30 mpg, it's still not meeting stringent U.S. standards.

The next one, however, should arrive with the brand new 2012 Land Rover which, according to some insiders, will be shedding upwards of 1,000 lbs of weight.
