By now you know what the sleek exterior looks like, but what is the LRX like on the inside?

The LRX will be 6 inches shorter and 8 inches lower than the LR2 so OK, it’s more a Land Rover in name than concept. But it is just so cool!

LRX Interior

That interior you’re drooling over is chromium-free – that’s right, nothing artificial, just vegetable tanned leather, recyclable aluminum and some clever use of 100% recycled plastic from bottles that has been described as feeling a lot like suede, if you can imagine that.

Control Panel

It’s “techie”, too, with iPhone integration, “spaceship” dash, navigation, etc. And it is reportedly so lightweight (another departure) that there are rumors it could approach 50 mpg. 

But even with all that, let's face it… it’s just so cool!
