Handling Improvement Kit for Range Rover 4.0/4.6 1995-2002

Tools Required:
18mm, 11/16" and 5/8" wrenches or sockets

Raise vehicle on rack or secure on jack stands.

Unpack suspension kit and check that all components have been supplied. Work on the rear suspension first.

Fit small bushings into offset hangers. (See Illustration #1)

Fit metal sleeves into installed bushings

Fit remaining (4) small bushings into the end links on the new swaybar. (See Illustration #1)

Take the longest "U" Bolt and place it over the chassis rail behind the panhard rod on the Left side of the vehicle. (See Illustration #1)

Take the medium length "U" Bolt and place it in the corresponding position on the chassis rail on the Right side of the vehicle

Using the nuts and bolts supplied attach one end of the "H" Hanger Brackets to the offset brackets (See Illustration #1)
