Dual Battery Isolator Kit

Battery Manager Installation Instructions

Note: Once battery tray and relay are in place, install "battery manager" control harness as follows: 

1. Plan where the dash mounted SWITCH/LED module will be located. We suggest on the driver side under the dash. Mount with fasteners provided. 
2. Plan route for harness, across under the dash or out through firewall on drivers side & over to battery relay location. Avoid sharp edges AND areas of extreme heat. Tie wrap harness in place. 
3. Drill a 1/2" hole to fit rubber grommet supplied with kit. Feed the harness into the drivers compartment, retaining the grommet on the engine side. Once harness is in place, and plugged into the BM switch, work the grommet into the hole. Connect Male Quick-On to short power lead near 4 prong plug. (Red/Green Wire).
4. Connect RED/GREEN wire to IGNITION source. Make sure source is "ON" in "RUN" position ONLY. Attach "POWER TAP" to ATO blade fuse (see Mode listing), replace fuse, plug female Quick-On into brass power tap.
