  • 20 - Rivnuts - for insertion into the body of the vehicle
  • 20 - M8 Washers
  • 8 - M12 x 20 Bolts - for bolting the T bracket to the main body of the Rock Slider
  • 8 - M12 Washers
  • 8 - M8 x 25 Bolts - for connecting the T bracket to the Angle Bracket
  • 16 - M8 Washers
  • 8 - M8 Nylocks
  • 4 - M8 x 25 Bolts - for connecting the Angle bracket to the vehicle outrigger
  • 8 - M8 Washers
  • 4 - M8 Nylocks

1. Before the rock sliders can be mounted to the sills and outriggers, the mounting arms must first be bolted to the main slider using 12 x 20mm bolts supplied. The arms can be adjusted left and right for a better fit.

2. Remove the original sills, enlarge the holes in the sills to allow for a tight fit of the rivnuts. The replacement sills (Rock Sliders) are mounted using these sill holes and rivnuts  as well as the chassis mounting bars.

3. After the Rock Sliders have been mounted, check all nuts have been fully tightened.

4. The shallow angle mounting brackets x 2 are used on the rear vehicle outrigger.
