From underside of the vehicle remove nuts from body to chassis outrigger marked X on figure 1.

Fit mounting plates as marked over outrigger bolts and replace nuts.

Fit clamp brackets to outrigger lip using M8 washer under bolt head and another under the nut.

Position side runner to the outside of mounting plates, and with flat washers covering holes, fit M10 x 25 bolts and Nyloc nuts.

If fitting Land Rover front mud flaps (STC7808) use the nylon spacer and the M5 x 25 bolt and nut. Fit as shown in figure 4 and the mud flap instructions.

Align steps with the vehicle and fully tighten all fittings, including body to chassis outrigger nuts.

Tools Required

9/16” AF socket wrench, 9/16” AF open ended spanner, 13mm spanners (2 required), 17mm spanners (2 required).

2 Side steps, 4 Mounting plates, 4 Clamp brackets, 4 M8 X 40 bolts, 8 M10 Nyloc nuts, 8 M10 x 25 bolts, 16 M10 Flat washers, 4 M8 Nyloc nuts, 8 M8 Flat washers

Front Mud flap Kit contains

2 M5 x 25 bolts, 2 M5 Nyloc nuts, 2 Nylon spacers
